Request for Service Tickets

To create a new Service Ticket, please log into our support portal
To view tickets created before november 2024, please check our old system.

Please also info when you are creating your first ticket with Alfen.


In case a site visit of an engineer is requested, please enable SSA (Secure Service Access) via the backoffice, Ace Service installer, or the MyEVE app, or ensure that the customer has the owner password / Default availablepassword on site.

Only when SSA is on or owner password / Default password is available on site we can analyse/configure the charging station.
