Possible Cause:
Unable to move locking motor during build-in self-test.

Possible solutions:

  • Contact your installation engineer.

  • Check if locking motor is connected correctly.

  • Check if locking motor can move.

OCPP Statusnotification:
Info field: Unable to move lock motor.
OCPP 1.5: ConnectorLock Failure
OCPP 1.6/2.0.1: ConnectorLock Failure
